Accommodation Regulations
1. Accommodation is a self-service process.
2. The guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation and services:
- no later than 10 days after confirmation of the reservation by e-mail transfer to the landlord’s account, but always before the start of the accommodation
- in case of cancellation one week before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the price of the stay
- payment for accommodation cannot be made on the spot in cash
3. The guest has the right to check in based on the booked accommodation at an individual arrival time in agreement with the owner.
4. On the day of the end of the stay, the guest is obliged to vacate the cottage in agreement with the owner and put the key back in the box. Before departure the guest is obliged to:
- clean the apartment (wash and tidy up the dishes)
- take the rubbish to the bin
- clean out the fridge and take your own food
5. The guest has the right to use the premises reserved for the agreed period of accommodation.
6. The accommodated person is obliged to use the premises reserved for his/her accommodation properly, he/she must not make substantial changes without the consent of the accommodation provider.
7. When leaving the apartment, the guest is obliged to turn off the lights, check the closure of water taps or electrical appliances, close the windows and the front door.
8. Guests will be charged € 500 for loss of keys to the apartment.
9. The guest is obliged to behave in the accommodation premises, in the house and in the adjacent garden, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as not to disturb the peace of the other guests. In the event that, despite a warning, he/she seriously violates good manners or otherwise grossly violates the accommodation regulations, the accommodation provider may cancel or withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the agreed period of accommodation.
10. Cleanliness and order must be maintained throughout the property.
11. NO SMOKING IN ALL AREAS OF THE PROPERTY. The apartment is non-smoking.
12. Any defect found in the apartment must be reported immediately so that the defect can be rectified as soon as possible.
13. Private property is not insured.
